I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The combination of very old and modern updates in the rooms was interesting, but the size felt a little cramped, and the small TV didn't add to the comfort. The rooftop area was a highlight for connecting with fellow travelers, but the dining experience could use some improvements.
Staying in the sundeck suite on the second floor was small but perfect for our needs. The room was delightful and a wonderful way to meet fellow travelers and compare notes on sites to see and places to eat. The hotel staff is incredibly attentive and helpful with city recommendations, adding character and professionalism to the overall experience. The location is simply the best, near to all of the most interesting things in Old San Juan. The dining experience, although simple, was quite good. The hotel's facilities, including quiet seating areas, a hot tub, and two baths, add to the true Puerto Rican style atmosphere.
This hotel offers a cozy stay in Old San Juan Puerto Rico. The rooms, though small, are very comfortable, while the service is top-notch. The location is perfect for exploring Old San Juan, but the dining experience is simple. Overall, it's a great value for the price.
